This anual fees increase it’s outrageous. We don’t get paid enough to afford this, This will cost the resignation of many ECE’s from our field, and you as our “ representatives” should be advocating for more stability, support and value for us instead of pushing us out increasing fees. It must be a different way for you to cover those expenses you are claiming.

We deserve more, we have to pay out of pocket for classroom supplies, first aid training, work shops and know higher fees from the college of ECE. I am a 30 year veteran in this field and I encouraged the next generation to get as far away from this field as possible. No respect for the work we do from anywhere.

Increasing an already high amount for this membership is disappointing and disheartening. Most of these memberships are due when we are all on unemployment. And you want to increase it 9.4%, and we received a ludicrous 1% raise. Come on!!

This isn’t needed. Our many daycares don’t have enough staff and aren’t paying the staff they have well enough for people to afford this. Please reconsider!
