Stop the increase. Most RECE can't afford to live a healthy life because the pay is below poverty. How about advocating for increase in pay for us and instead of having us do yhe stupid CPI!

I don't agree with the increase. Look inside the organization to cut expenses first. Perhaps rent a space outside of Toronto.

Considering many organizations REQUIRE professional development for employment.... why do we need a CPL program set up the way it is? Redundancy 100% & waste of time monitoring compliance.

I suggest the CECE find ways to lower operating costs . RECE’s province wide earn staggeringly low wages and cannot afford this increase.

I wish Ontario could see how important RECEs are. I wish we were paid what we deserve and the government and the public realized are worth. Because they don't.

Why should I pay fees for something I can't use. I do my portfolio every year as required and it take up lots of my time which I don't get paid for. The college doesn't protect me if there is an incident against me. They protect the families. I do understand that but they should also have there RECEs in that process too. We get no support from the college but we have to pay, pay, pay.

I do not agree with the increase. We have a lot to deal with working as early childhood educators, and this is utterly ridiculous.

This is ridiculous!! There is no reason for this raise in fees! The college does nothing for us! I paid for my schooling, I earned my diploma and I should NOT have to pay the ‘college of ECEs’ every year !!

This College does nothing for us. Management positions barely make more than staff. I left the field bevause the wages are not livable. It's a joke college of supposed to change this for us. They don't!

The fee is outrageous! I'm almost certain people who work in different forces, do not have to pay as much to hold their title. My husband is a licensed mechanic and he doesn't even pay half this much!
