I honestly never thought this would gain this much steam but here we are and it makes me feel so much better about the mountains being saved. Someone from a news desk actually emailed me today which is wild because I started this on a whim when I was furious about the forests being flattened. Keep your eyes peeled because things are finally starting to shake up.

PLEASE STOP DESTROYING OUR BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAINS. its all we have left here.
so sad to see what they have done to the landscape. looks like a moon base now. just stop it.
my grandpa worked these hills for years and it breaks my heart to see them blown to bits like this. leave the land alone.
We need to protect the wilderness before there is nothing left for our kids to see.
Why do they get to tear everything up just for some coal? greed is killing us all.

The toxic runoff is poisoning the water supply for everyone down here. enough is enough.
