The volume of support for this petition has prompted legal counsel to move up our briefing schedule with the county commissioners. We are now finalizing the formal request for a meeting to address public access rights at the courthouse.

I have never seen this much arrogance or restriction access in a Texas Lake before, even on shores where there are no homes or active development. $10-20 per person charge at the few commercial access points.

MEDINA LAKE IS FOR EVERYONE NOT JUST THE FEW WHO OWN THE DOCKS!! Ridiculous.
Used to fish here with my dad all the time but now you cant even get near the water without paying some absurd fee. It is crooked.

Access to the lake should be to all not just the ones filling locals pockets under the table
