We the undersigned members of SMCS Medical staff, in the past 3-4 years, have struggled with the direction our Medical System and Hospital have taken. We have witnessed decisions on issues of finance, physical structure and personnel which have exponentially cumulated to a system that no longer benefits its patients. We have spoken and sometimes shouted our concerns, of which almost all were met with no response. These seemingly random, illogical decisions by the SMCS Management Team led by CEO Tim Ford, have been made without the input of the Medical Staff.

Here and now, we are uniting together, as one congruent body, to voice our most serious concerns to you, the Board of Directors of SMCS. We are calling No Confidence in the current Management Team. You have the, duty, and responsibility to change the leadership that has taken us in this direction. We are calling on you to as the Governing Body of SMSC, to affect change to the current leadership. We are asking for your help, to rebuild and restore our Medical System to the best in the valley.
