MDHA 5 Points Redevelopment Effects My Office
We need your help! Per Davidson County Planning and Zoning we purchased 1103 Holly Street with the understanding that our land use was OR20 which permitted office or residential land use. It is now our understanding that the current MDHA overlay that is in place trumps that zoning and only allows for our property to be a single family residence.
Combined, we have lived and worked in East Nashville for 28 years. We are very proud of our restored space and are equally as proud of all the families we have helped with buying, selling, building or renovating homes for in the neighborhood we love. Please help us keep our office by reaching out to our councilman, Peter Westerholm at Peter.Westerholm@nashville.gov and copying me on it at Ashley@ACREstate.com so I may have a record, share with our attorney and also MDHA.
