Navigating to the schools is already a nightmare in this area and the petty crime is already out of control.

This is a risky proposition that could be the beginning of the end of one of Fort Worth's greatest neighborhoods. I saw this happen in Rowlett and the neighborhood we lived in at the time, which was then like this one, went downhill fast. The lower-income housing will

The roads can not withstand more traffic. The multi-family apartments would cause overcrowding in schools. The crime is an issue as of right now and adding an apartment complex will just add to more problems. We don't have enough police to respond in a decent amount of time as it is. We bought our homes based on it not having these in the area. It will impact our home values. We are already struggling with just getting from point a to b with the roads being is such disrepair.

As mentioned in this pettition, we the home owners purchased in this development with the understanding that there would only be single family homes, this will significantly decrease our property values. I would most likely put my home for sale should the rezoning for multi family be approved.

FYI our fort worth city council rep is Sal Espino and his bio page says "quality affordable accessible housing". it doesnt say he serves on the zoning commission but considering his district includes pretty much all of northside i have to guess he will not oppose multi family housing or rent control housing. since city council persons can't be affiliated with a party then there is really nothing political that can directly be done.

I firmly oppose the rezoning. With the proposed multifamily apartment housing and commercial development, you will diminish the property value, compromised the safety of our families and potentially diminish the standard of living in our neighborhood. We bought our house a year ago in this area because there ARE NO Apartments or commercial development in the area. It is a nice quiet community nestled away from noise and traffic. Please consider keeping it this way!!

I oppose this rezoning! This area does not have the necessary infrastructure to support it not to mention the likely increase in crime that will occur. Please do not allow this to happen,

I oppose the proposal for the development of multi-family dwelling rezoning. If I wanted to live in a multi-family zone, I would not have brought a house in this area. Please keep our neighborhood safe and beautiful.

I strongly oppose any rezoning for multi family housing without that widening of roads, addition of elementary schools, addition of traffic lights, sidewalks, a police presence, addition of necessary commercial development(grocery, gas, pharmacy, medical clinic or hospital). all intersections of streets with huffines blvd are very dangerous for those entering huffines in the morning and evening. There is currently little to no police presence in the area.

I do not want multi family homes in my neighborhood to lower property values and bring less than savory individuals in close proximity to my brand new house and my children

This neighborhood is already overcrowded. The road situation getting in and out of here is very difficult and becoming a very dangerous situation. If Multi-unit housing is added, it will become a compounded traffic disaster. We have enjoyed living out here in this neighborhood and were never told that there were plans for Multi unit housing. The planning of the neighborhood was misrepresented when we bought our home here. This is very frustrating.

I oppose the proposal for the development of multi-family dwelling rezoning. Adding a influx of residents to this area would lead to overcrowding and insufficient resources, such as schools, police, fire stations, and roads to support everyone in the community. It has been difficult enough as it is to support the recent growth to the city without adding additional multi-family dwellings.

Schools are crowded, traffic is crowded, we already have way too many people into small areas not to mention building multi family apartments lowers property value.
