I fully support this opposition for every reason listed, and I add that enough is enough! The City of Fort Worth repeatedly rezones and sells to developers that just throw up huge apartment complexes without any regard to neighboring single-family residential communities or the road, schools and emergency services required to support the significantly compounded volume that multi-family properties create. (And before you try to use it as justification, adding the two planned lanes to Huffines that should have been completed 10 years ago does NOT begin to cover it!) Moreover, in roughly the past five years, five sizable complexes have been built in the area that constantly advertise vacancies; so, this complex is already completely UNnecessary and will do nothing but help foster the glutted market that's currently being created. There is already a significant traffic issue in north Tarrant County as it is and Cromwell Marine Creek is one of the saddest examples of how little the City cares about its north FW citizens. Show some care for our community and stop devaluing our neighborhoods and our investments as homeowners if you want us to invest ourselves in supporting you!

There is enough traffic around here as it is and I don't want to have to worry about property values going down or crime going up.

The existing infrastructure cannot support the additional requirements of multi-family housing in the area.

This is why we bought here over nine years ago for a good school district and single family home dwelling ONLY. This WILL Decrease my property value by about 100 percent because I am close to where you are talking the zoning for low income housing. NO LOW INCOME HOUSING

We were told that this was going to be a neighborhood of single family homes. If we would have known that there were going to be apartments we would have never moved here.

This immediate area cannot currently support the additional traffic that an apartment complex will bring. Nor do we need an apartment complex immediately next door to this single family residential neighborhood. There is also the negative impact that an apartment complex has on adjacent single family housing, regarding value and inappropriate/unwanted behavior. There was no discussion of an apartment complex being built here when we purchased. If this would have been planned and discussed at the time we purchased, we would have NEVER bought our home here.

I oppose this project and the damage it will cause to my property value

The infrastructure in the Marine Creek area cannot support multi-dwelling housing. Nor, the additional traffic on already congested roads. When we purchased our home, we were unaware of any plans to build apartments in this area.

We do NOT want an apartment complex, especially one that is income restricted. We have a great neighborhood here and this would change that very quickly. Our yard backs up to Huffines almost right at Cromwell Marine Creek and frankly I don't want to walk out my back door only to see a complex and I certainly don't want people staring back at me. We just think this is asking for trouble that none of us wants. This property is supposed to be zoned for single family homes and all of a sudden the rules are changing. WE VOTE NO!!!!
