MCR Zoning Petition 1

We do not want more apartments, roads are currently dangerous frommover use and we don't have sufficient services for added crime from sec 8 families who don't pay taxes.

I oppose this development

I am opposed to the development for multi-family dwelling. We simply cannot support this type of structure in this area and the residents do not want it.

I oppose the rezoning changes by Marine Creek subdivision.

I hereby sign this petition for all the reasons listed. I oppose the rezoning changes. It will decrease our home values, while increasing our crime rate.

I disagree with the proposed building of multi family homes. I bought into this area with the expectation of having single family housing and the natural surroundings. Area is not set up to handle the additional traffic and people that would come with multi family dwellings.

I highly oppose the current zoning due to the listed reasons.

I moved to this area because of the nice neighborhood and great school district. I do not agree with this because i believe it will will decrease our home values, increase crime rate, increase traffic, and degrade our school district.

Oppose apartments and the negative effects they provide to communities and surrounding neighborhoods. Marine creek housing divisions need protection from the possible effects they may bring.

Roads are already limited to our community for residents.

I strongly oppose any apartments in our or near our neighborhood due to high crime it will bring plus the traffic it will cause more of to only increase how loud and no privacy it will be! Didn't pay this much money to have my house value to decrease and was promised by builder it would never be built on.

I am writing to express my concern about the proposed multi family dwellings planned. Having additional apartments in the area will significantly increase traffic congestion and associated traffic noise within the area. Additionally, addition of multi family dwellings increase criminal activities and essentially lowers home values. My home backs up to the proposed area and would diminish the view and significantly decrease my property value. Marine Creek has vast nature areas and wild life.

I agree with all the concerns stated in this petition. We have only been in this neighborhood for a few months but have quickly found out how inadequate the roads are for handling the current traffic.
