We the undersigned petition Flight Lieutenant Croxford to reinstate Sgt McMann as a Civilian Instructor at 124 (Hereford City) ATC Squadron. Sgt McMann brought a wealth of experience to the squadron that really showed during his lessons. We the undersigned believe that his practical experience, combined with an eye for detail, advice on kit preparation and disciplined approach made a significant difference to our standards. Lessons with Sgt McMann benefited from a structured approach combined with his in depth operational experience and were very much enjoyed by all Squadron members: this was particularly true of his fieldcraft lessons and exercises. We the undersigned believe that without Sgt McMann's extensive knowledge of the Royal Air Force and presence the squadron will be a less enjoyable experience and suffer a drop in standards, we therefore respectfully request that Flight Lieutenant Croxford reconsiders his decision to ask Sgt McMann to resign.
