McDowell County Schools in Marion, NC needs to hire a full time Athletic Director to oversee all athletic aspects at the high school and middle school levels. This woulld allow an individual to work towards bringing better training programs, facilities, and more scholarship opportunities to the student athletes in the county. Operation Open a Door for athletes especially less privileged athletes. We are asking all current and former McDowell County residents to help us to make a recommendation to the county and school board members
