Dearest McDonald's, I would like to inform you that I was absolutely devastated today to discover, upon a regular visit to one of your drive throughs, that my ultimate snack choice - your $2 double cheeseburger - has been removed from your Loose Change Menu. The removal of this item from your Loose Change Menu is like the cutting of an umbilical cord of a baby. I, along with many other McDonald's customers, feel as though the source we are dependent on for our nutrients, oxygen and overall survival has been taken away from us, forever. I acknowledge that you have endeavored to repair this cord with your adding of your $3 Double Beef and Bacon burger into the menu. However, a double beef and bacon does little to suffice our need for those delicate pickles, finely chopped onions and rich tomato sauce (it does come in a box though, which is nice). This cheeseburger is my go-to snack, my survival necessity, my wallet paramedic, my last supper before I have work and can't eat for four hours. I am known for my love of the Loose Change Menu and for my knowledge of the endless combinations of snacks $5 can buy you at McDonald's (16.67 soft serve cones). However, I feel as though this has been lost through your change of the Loose Change Menu. Please McDonald's, listen to the cries of millions and bring your $2 Double Cheeseburger back to the Loose Change Menu!
