I really thought this would just be a quiet note to the universe but the number of people who clearly miss that specific crunch is overwhelming. It is honestly moving to see that so many of you remember how good things used to taste. This momentum belongs entirely to your shared nostalgia and I am just happy to be along for the ride.

McDonald's need to bring the fried pies back. That would be a great nostalgia kick for those that enjoyed them
Baked has more sugar and is only 10 calories less. Fried apple pie was so good! By the way I haven’t bought one since..
That big pie is hideous! Please bring back the fried pie. I haven’t eaten apple pie since.
the original baked cherry pie and apple pie would go a long way to get me back in the door. Also the original recipe fries . the little bag of goodness was more than enough.
PLEASE bring back that ridiculously delicious fried apple pie. One of life's simple pleasures.
Why not offer both?? That way those that prefer the baked can get and those of us that NEVER wanted the fried apple pies to leave can have them back.
Please add some additional desserts like churros, add more McFlurry mix-ins, cherry pies, etc. And please, please please bring back the traditional apple pie, with the choice for baked and fried.

The old fry apple pie is the best apple pie , ever , sold even though other restaurants serve fried apple pies none of them even come close. McDonald's should have both fried and baked. And it's guaranteed that the fried apple pie will outsell the bake apple pies, 10 to 1. Every single day , every single month , every single week nothing compares to them.People should be able to decide what they wanna eat. Instead of, being forced to eat something that they don't want, and we have to settle for the McDonald's frat apple pie.\nGetting rid of it is like getting rid of their fried french fry and selling bake french fry
