Topic: We the villagers of Mawsley Village versus Taylor Wimpey regarding the woeful state of the roads in Mawsley. What do you want the Taylor Wimpey to do?: We would like Taylor Wimpey to stop passing the blame on to third parties and live up to their original promise that Mawsley would be an idyllic place to live. Taylor Wimpey need to make sure that the roads in Mawsley are fully maintained to the highest possible standard and also rectify all the current issues that have been on their list of “things to do” for the past ten years. They also need to organise road crossings at the Primary School because after nearly a decade our children are still being put at risk from a severe lack of road signs and pedestrian crossings. There is limited heavy construction traffic now flowing through the village so we are extremely angry that still Taylor Wimpey still seem to be shirking away from their duty to get the roads fully maintained. We are simply asking Taylor Wimpey to complete the task of finishing off the roads to the highest of standards and actually take on board their own mantra that Mawsley Village is a “stunning place to live” and not a village, left in a shoddy state of dis-repair.

Absolutely disgusting how they just take the money and leave us with a disaster. My car suspension is ruined thanks to these potholes.

About time! TW have been dragging their heels for way too long. Fix the roads and sort out the crossing before someone gets hurt.
