Dear Mayor Rahm Emanuel, On December 19 2007 "Maurice White Day" was declared in the city of Chicago by Mayor Richard J. Daley. We the undersigned are petitioning to make December 19th "Maurice White Day" a permanent day of recognition in the city of Chicago in honor of Maurice White .
