Spring Lake Park High School students should be allowed to use their specified devices during passing time for the following reasons: Students are less likely to use them during class time Teachers won\'t have to worry as much about going through the process of discipline Using Cellphones/Mp3\'s during passing time doesn\'t affect the students\' education We, the undersigned, ask that all of the members of the school board to resolve this issue.
