Master Chief Marsh has provided a response that addresses the core concerns raised in this claim. I am truly grateful that so many of you recognized the importance of these issues and chose to contribute your support to this effort. We will continue to monitor the implementation of this outcome …
I am totally appalled at the way the FCA conducted their investigation. There was no regard for the people they said they were protecting. I believe their agenda from the beginning was to destroy the company. The FCA totally abused their power and deliberately prolonged the investigation longer than necessary.

Two years is long time for such an investigation. I am under a lot of financial stress and the sooner this matter is dealt with my health will improve.
I have dealing with both DWS and Kerching I know it would be unfair to lump all the accounts together for distribution back to investors

I am really upset with the FCA, as there was no problem before they started their investigation. As a pensioner, this experience has been terrible. My saving has been locked up for too long and I need my money.

As a result of the actions taken by the FCA, I'm currently in financial hardship, psychological, emotional and spiritual distress. They have caused harm to my being, hence have severely impacted my life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. As this is a Natural Right for all human beings, I seek maximum compensation.

Please use logic and reason when assessing this case, while also considering how friends and family of the Goldings have been disadvantaged and unfairly treated by the FCA throughout this investigation. 1 via lack of information, 2 irregular updates, 3 suggesting that repayments managed by the FCA would be lumped together, even though the investigation pertains to two separate endeavours.

I do not agree that payouts should be from both companies being merged together, that doesn't make sense & its unethical. I think we have been through enough so the least that could be done is to have our money redistributed fairly. This whole process has been inhumane and makes me question why?

In response to the comment directly underneath from Jason.. it’s not even about sympathy or a colour thing, the length of time for all this to get sorted out was the main problem. In all honesty it should not take nearly two years to get money back
