Who can I approach to take account of the contract between Claudius Wayland and DWS and its affiliates. #DMTCorporation

In response to the comment directly underneath from Jason.. it’s not even about sympathy or a colour thing, the length of time for all this to get sorted out was the main problem. In all honesty it should not take nearly two years to get money back

People need to stop with all this sympathy crap and racism etc... us black folks always going down that route. If we done things the right way we would be in better place as with samuel n shantelle done things correctly we would not be in this predicament.

questions for fca 1 do you even care that you have ruined so many peoples lives? 2 why is the dialogue atrocious between yourselves and the consumers? 3 why did you deliberately drag this on when in reality this should of been sorted way sooner? 4 we all want to know a date we get our money back? Not another letter or email saying their will be yet more delays and in the meantime we suffer even more financial hardship. the fca should be investigated for deliberately making consumers suffer for nearly two years and should compensate every consumer who invested

With regards to DWS: We don’t want funds from Kerching to be used to make up the shortfall in DWS as they are two separate companies.

I am totally appalled at the way the FCA conducted their investigation. There was no regard for the people they said they were protecting. I believe their agenda from the beginning was to destroy the company. The FCA totally abused their power and deliberately prolonged the investigation longer than necessary.

There should ba an investigation into FCA dealing with the following case. Handled very poorly.

I’m hoping and praying the full details of this case will be taken into account by the judge. In a nutshell - Talented business people just trying to help their friends and family get a leg up in life. The companies are very obviously two separate entities and should be treated as such. A shocking mismanagement of the case by the FCA which I’m sure they will get away with unfortunately.

How do any of us know that the FCA will calculate this properly and not make any mistakes? Is there any transperency to what they do?

We need our money back as soon as possible as this has been dragging on for far to long leaving people vulnerable and destitute.

This Is totally unacceptable behaviour and Damn Right Racism. I am disgusted by the Actions of the FCA. They are blatantly out to Destroy this Company, Simply because it is black owned and Ran. How they can sleep at night knowing they have Destroyed peoples lives is unbelievable.

This has totally destroyed my life. In under a year my daughter gets married

The fca are a total disgrace and should be ashamed how they have conducted themselves, nearly two years on and consumers are still no nearer to knowing when this will finish, this is unacceptable! It just shows how fca operate not once have they thought about the consumers feelings and the hardship we are going through. Since this has gone on I am £20.000 in debt and I am at breaking point with four children to feed also but hey Fca don’t care. I echo with some of the other people that we should get fully compensated for the way we have been treated and the hardship we have been put through from these so called big establishment fca
