As parents, we want the best for our children- our kids have sacrificed their mental health and compromised their physiological health for nearly an entire school year even though they hold essentially zero risk when it comes to the virus. We have allowed them to bear the weight of a burden that isn't theirs to carry. There are consequences for conditioning a child to behave as though they pose a threat to the people around them. There are consequences for stifling their social interactions. There are consequences for covering their airways. With no end in sight and no further guidance from the school district, we parents have decided that enough is enough. Every adult in the state of New Hampshire has been eligible to be vaccinated if they so choose. We see no further logical argument to force these children to endure the mental and physiological implications that occur with mandatory mask mandates. We as parents would like to return to deciding what is best for our own children. We want the right to choose. Please help the parents of the Salem School District in unmasking our kids.

Legal counsel is currently reviewing the district policy to identify potential grounds for a formal challenge. We have drafted a letter to the school board members outlining our demands for a return to parental choice. Expect a report on their response once we receive a formal reply.

The volume of support has secured us a meeting with the district administration to discuss policy revisions. I am currently drafting a formal brief to present our case at this session.

This has been going on for far too long. Enough people in America have either had Covid and kicked it, or been vaccinated. The whole country should throw their masks in the garbage and return to normal.
Parents should always be in charge of their children’s health & wellness. I can choose what is best for my child. Regardless whether or not you choose to mask your children, everyone should be on the same page with not wanting the school to continue to overstep with no end in sight!

I can't breathe!!! Because of this damn mask. I have remnants if Covid and wearing the mask actively makes me sick to the extent the mandate has impacted my ability to work because i have to wear a mask there for 8 straight hours.
Enough is enough! This fear of corona is destructive to our children.

It’s way past time to end this child abuse. Many studies have proven children aren’t mass spreaders of the China Virus and near zero rates of serious illness or death from it. This is scarring them for life and is effecting social skills and overall development . END THIS MADNESS NOW!
