Disney, please change Kabam's fraudulent practices. Please change their management and improve support and game developers. Please hold them to the same QA standards you would your toys, movies, and apparel businesses

I have never encountered a less helpful and down right ruthless company as Kabam. This needs to get attention for positive change. We’ll pay good money for good Marvel content. Kabam is not living up to their end of the deal for what they are charging.

AGREED! They refuse to fix the simple things that make the game enjoyable, even though there have been thousands of complaints! Drop Kabam and PLEASE get another to run this game!

Kabam needs to be taken control of and overseen by professionals because as of right now they are more worried about making new animations on pointless things than fixing real bugs and or broken content.

Since 18.0 the game crashes at least once and hour. Since 18.1 the lag is so bad that it's crazy, especially the crystals tab. This game used to be amazing, now all they care about is the quantity of new content, never the quality

Its super unfair. Playing couple of years but Kabam is taking the sustumer not serius and ate treating us unfair. Plsz reacte to the situation.

They run one of the crappiest games you can find, charge way too much for worthless offers, and blatantly ignore the requests of loyal players for change. Any remarks of dissent on the official forum are removed quickly. There are some bugs that have been awaiting resolution for 2 years now, but it's only the bugs that hurt the player that stay unresolved. A few weeks ago, players noticed that a certain story quest was giving Revives, which are needed for harder content, easily. Those revives, a 'bug' benefitting the player, were removed in 2 days after the news broke. At this point, it has gone beyond unacceptable and needs to change.

This goldpool nonsense is just the latest in a long line of kabam money grabbing nonsense. I’m all for limited time characters but not if every player doesn’t have equally opportunity or resources to get them. Quit milking your highest income players and fix the damn bugs that no amount of skill can overcome!

This game is using shadow tactics! Bugs...glitches...nerfing champ abilities...unfair loots etc. Make them listen!
