Marvel Comics please intervene on behalf of the Marvel Contest of Champions player base. We need you!
Marvel Comics, and Disney, we understand that to run a business, the goal is to make money. We also understand that customer service, and the delivery of a robust and solid product go hand in hand. This is not the case with the company, Kabam, and their product, Marvel Contest of Champions, which has the Marvel, and thereby, Disney names attached to it.
Kabam fleeces the player base with horrible deals and loot box offers that are exponentially worse than what EA games did with Star Wars battlefront (and we all know how that turned out). Kabam has been delivering a game that in recent months has been rife with bugs, lag, and zero resolution, nor adequate customer service to deal with said issues. All the while, they continue to prey on players, addicted to paying top dollar for grossly overpriced deals, and products delivered in game. It is an unethical business practice, and they are doing this under the Marvel, and Disney names, effectively tarnishing it in the eyes of the customers.
This is not the product, or level of quality, or service we have come to expect from Marvel, or Disney. We the player base, and community of Marvel Contest of Champions, implore you, Marvel and Disney, to intervene on our behalf to force the needed changes required of Kabam to deliver the quality of game we associate with your brands. They must take responsibility for their mistakes, and begin to provide the quality of service that is on par for what Disney, and Marvel would expect.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many of you have recognized this problem and stepped up to join in. If each of you could find one person who plays this game and send them the link, we might actually hit our first hundred signatures today.

fix the game, you refused to quickfix dominos block break bug yet you quick fixed the rage node bug, because it was helpful to the player, the changes to aw, diversity removal, lower rewards and higher difficulty is a joke. my entire alliance is on the verge of quitting. fix the game.
I was a high spending player as well as a very hard working player and when my account got hacked Kabam said they could see where it happened but refused to give me my account back as it was. So basically I was out thousands of dollars, countless hours, and about half of not more of my highest level champs.
Disney, please change Kabam's fraudulent practices. Please change their management and improve support and game developers. Please hold them to the same QA standards you would your toys, movies, and apparel businesses
Since 18.0 the game crashes at least once and hour. Since 18.1 the lag is so bad that it's crazy, especially the crystals tab. This game used to be amazing, now all they care about is the quantity of new content, never the quality
Promoted as a free to play game with massive amounts of pay walls on the majority of content. The story mode alone costs over $100 to complete and that’s not counting the money spent just to get to the last Act of the campaign.
Kabam sales MCOC players in-game loot box offers, claiming that reward drop rates are completely random and not based on individual account behavior or past spend. However, Kabam does not inform it’s consumers about registered patents, such as WO2015179450A1 and US9403093B2, which are systems and methods that allow their Gaming Operators to dramatically adjust or manipulate purchased loot box drop rates based on a players past spend and gaming habits. Whether or not these patent systems are being used by Kabam, they have the legal obligation to inform it’s consumers about them. The FTC act prohibits business’ from engaging in unfair and deceptive advertising when selling products to it’s consumers. This includes withholding information relevant to a product which could impact a consumers decision to purchase it. As a life-long fan of Marvel, I sincerely hope this information is taken seriously and acted upon. I fear that if you don’t, at some point there will be someone with the financial resources and legal know-how, who will take notice of Kabam’s blatant and willful violation of the FTC act and take action before you get the chance to.
They are the worst they don’t care about the player!

Real issue is zero communication and big changes in the meta. It’s a good game that could be great. Great community that wants to play and will spend. Their approach is devoid of readil available input that will keep the game around, fuel marvel mania, and make it a great game.
