Too many bugs and not addressed at a proper time, while they address the player "advantages" much faster. BS offers and deals, gold shortages, etc

The state of the game is horrible now. We need a lot better communiction with the devs and they need a better understanding of what the player base needs.

Ridiculous pricing for units and crystals . Promoted as special deals. The lag and on going problems within the game itself has my iPhone now struggling to cope with it. And myself wanting to give up on a game o seriously enjoy

Even with only 4-5 months with this game, started with much excitement and interest to proceed, until it become bored when the rewards are keep being unchanged even the game contents were way harder beyond what we can gain from the rewarding system, not to mention for the instability of the game especially in some "one time chance" quest. thank you

No emphasis in fixing in-game issues. Going to be a sad day when the servers run dry and everyones progress is lost forever!

Kabam has a terrible way to deal with its player base and their handling of issues within the game are among the worst I have ever seen. This goes for both customer service and responses we get on the forums.

For 10 months now my champs have been dropping blocks/being completely unresposive due to what kabam is justifying as "lag". Nothing has been done with this after 35k views with over 1k comments on one thread alone. Next is how they do NOT communicate with their community and changes things under people's noses and tries to cover it by closing threads. The changes to the game have not gone unnoticed and need to be rectified!!! I personally can't take the lack of care they have for their community. Can you stand by and let them walk all over us? They need us!! We do NOT need them!

Having invested 2.5 years playing this game I am sick of Kabam’s totally unfair and greedy ‘improvements’ to this game.
