I purchased the sofa as I was genuinely looking for one. 1000s of customers can't be held accountable for your error. Think of the interest you'll be gaining over the 3-5 working days the refunds will take. Honour the sales or at least give a goodwill gesture

£398 taken from my account for two sofas. I rang to query delivery slot only to be told that the order won't be honoured. But I got a £5 e voucher as a goodwill gesture! Woop de doo
