As an ex Mancunian and a child in the 1950's, I used to pass by this beautiful building every day on my way to school and I am shocked and dismayed by Britannia Hotel's actions and allowing this historic building to disintegrate. Shame on you Brittania

This building is one of my favourite sights in Manchester, it's about time it was given a purpose once more.

I could see this building being used as flats...with a retail section/bars & restaurants in the centre. Please don't let it die!

Such an attractive, beautiful building. Such a bonus to have it near Piccadilly Train Station. Make it beautiful again! Shame on your neglect, Britannia Hotels. We will forgive you if you put the wrongs right again. Do it now
