This building is far too iconic to be allowed to be wasted, or to languish into decay.

I have loved this building since I first started working in Manchester, I have watched it grow more trees over the years. Its a stunning building in a stunning location. I support the cpo and making something of this building to be proud of.

I lived in Manchester up until 9 years ago when I moved to Buxton and I never noticed this remarkable building. It was only on my first trip from Buxton back into Manchester by train into Piccadilly that I saw it for the first time. I was in awe of it and looked it up on the internet when I got home. I was gutted when I read about the neglect it has suffered over the past 2 decades. I always take time to admire it when I get off the train and try to imagine what it would have been like in it's heyday. I'm signing the petition now, as I wasn't aware of it before. Good luck guys, I hope you get the chance to do it proud!!! x

One of the rare cases where a CPO is actually the way to go.
