The days are dragging on and the quiet in the house is becoming difficult for Mali to manage. I am exhausted from pleading our case to our parents but I am not ready to fold just yet.

Reaching this level of support feels surreal given how much resistance we faced at the beginning. It has been an exhausting road but seeing this kind of momentum keeps me focused on getting Mali her cat.
