it's a shelter not a place to send animals to die. All shelter's should be NO KILL! If a city can't afford it then look for sponsors!!!

Please make our animal shelters "NO KILL" Shelters by 2017! Earlier if possible! Today wouldn't be soon enough! These poor animals, some just not even a year or two years old have their chance of a life taken away, why, because they got lost, or abandoned by their owner! There are homes for them and fosters! Some shelters don't even give them 3 days until they are euthanized! Hardly time to find a home! Please please change our shelters to "NO KILL SHELTERS"! Other states and cuties have done with great d uccess!
