Please stop the killing there are other states that do not have kill shelters & they manage to get the animals into good loving homes.

This should happen in every state. Vets also should volunteer their shoulder vices for free to help in controlling stray dogs from producing again.

I live I'm LA County and we have kill shelters as well. All shelters need to be shelters not places most pets go to die. That is a true injustice.
