This plan to offer unlimited spay and neuter services makes so much more sense than the never-ending killing of poor little animals that are so mistreated and abandoned by thoughtless humans.

Free spay and neuter will save money in the long run. It will take time to reduce animal poulations and reduce animal shelter expenses.
