Although, I do not live in your area, you can be the trend setter to make all shelters NO KILL. God gave us companion animals and it is our duty to care for what he created, not to kill them. Please stand tall and do the right thing and make all animals safe in your shelters until their forever homes can be found.

How many dogs are killed because they are dumped? homeless? just sick? Make ALL shelters in US NO KILL!!!!!! Its NOT the animals fault!!! This is humans fault!

Please we all beg of you to enforce mandatory spayed and neuter of all companion animals In the State of California ..Free services are essential ..Please reach out and do more education..The constant flow of companion animals coming into your shelters are mind boggling ..Data needs to be gathered on "Most Likely" to breed areas..and outreach needs to be present..This can not continue...Your Shelters are seen around the globe as an example of .."The Worst"..in the Country..No Borders policies have to be in place..This killing of these Animals is not the answer...This will not stop...until you as a State stop it!...I write this with much frustration..Stop Breeding and Killing your Pets..!

the presidential candidate that i will vote for will mention that animals are precious beings, and that we need to make our country no-kill...just a thought...we need to make Los Angeles NO KILL by 2018..if we are supposed to be a country that leads the world, well lets start with those who can't speak for themselves..our animals in the shelters...

I registered to vote but haven't mainly because we're not a no kill animals. I will start to vote if this bill passes or just to vote for this bill to pass.

I support this 100%. I also support firing Marcia Mayeda as the Director of LA County Dept Animal Care (not) and Control, who makes over $278,000/yr incl. benefits. It's so wrong!
