The City of Edina is implementing a mandatory organic recycling program city-wide. Optional organic recycling is a larger county/state initiative to try and reduce waste. However, rather than providing an option, the City of Edina is implementing a mandatory program where each household will be charged and receive an additional organic only recycling cart whether you use this service or not.
