im still waiting to hear back from the councillors about why they wont support us like they did with heckyfest. its getting pretty stressful watching the clock tick down but i havent given up yet.

the momentum behind this is honestly wild and it feels like people are really starting to pay attention. i am feeling so much better about our chances to get the council to listen before time runs out.

If I had the money I would fund it myself, but I don't! So come on Mirfield councillors do like Batley & Spen have done and help fund this truly amazing local event!
It would be such a shame for this festival not to go ahead. I went last year with my family and had an amazing day even with the rain. its call mirfield show ground for a reason so help mfest put on a show to remember. And show all the young up and coming tallent our area has to offer.
Mirfield needs a music festival to show off the local talent as a budding guitar player and in a band mirfield needs something like this since live music is a big thing at the moment it would get more people comming to mirfield
Of course this needs to happen, what better way to bring people to Mirfield and put it on the map than this? For it not to come to fruition would be both tragic and foolish! Come on, chip in for the best community project Mirfield has to offer!
i couldn't buy tickets early because i wasn't sure which day i could go but i was sure i would love to go one of the days. if it was supported then there wouldn't be a need for a money upfront arrangement and advertising for the event could start in ernest . i believe it would be a successful event ..just look at the alternative events held at the showground.

come on council, this is for everyone, but especially young people, giving them opportunities they otherwise would not get. We are led to believe that young people are important and matter so show it by making this happen and making a lot of people happy. Music is very important for mental health and wellbeing. Thank you
