when I wanted to do a family trip this summer holiday I thought the cinema may be a good place to start, well never again with a son who has disabilitys and a son who dosent it's always hard to find somthing for them to do together.

I had the worst experience at our local odeon a few weeks ago dew to my son not copying with the load noise the speaker is half a meter away from his head, this was only a little bit of what happened

Anyway after I complained I have been offer as a way of apology for " transport to be put on to collect me and my son go to a completely different cinema and back again"

While I appreciate the offer I would just like to be able to take my son out to watch a film on my own I mean are odeon planing on collecting us everytime we wish to watch a film? While is a nice offer its not practical I would like all odeon cinemas to please do autism sceening it's not hard
