The uniform should be what makes students comfortable to work in and learn in not what makes the school look good.
Naming and Shaming students for endorsing change is not positive education.

I am slowly but surely dying from the immeasurably cold winter months, and without this, I will surely be gone by the time May arrives.
the material is simply made to keep people warm in the winter. You can only buy it in the 'UNIFORM SHOP', and it has the school emblem on it. Also no one sees it but the secluded community of GGS.
Literally 80% of the school wears them.
