- Allow coats to be worn at Uckfield College, within the school grounds.
In the winter and autumn, us students get cold at school. If you think about it, when we're cold, we function worse and therefore that would make the school look worse to other people than not looking as smart as we do without them. I know I certainly wouldn't send my children to a school that values how they look in the public eye over the health of their students. Help us out and sign this petition so that we don't freeze at school. If teachers are allowed to wear coats, students should be allowed to too.

I think that we should be able to wear coats because people do it anyway because they are cold and we should be allowed to keep ourselves warmer otherwise it would be hard to learn if you freezing the whole time we are at school.
I think we should be allowed to wear coats inside school as the school can't afford heating.
i have been ill many times this year and so have my friends i am sure this is to do with not wearing a coat in - degrees. this is against human rights childrens health should come above their appearence.
In the huts it can get really cold so it's unfair that children have to be told to just wait until after school.
Not fair that the school is freezing and we can't keep our selfs warm. And I have seen the teachers wearing coats as well

We shouldn't get detentions for wearing coats,we wear coats if we are cold. Some of the classes heating doesn't work so we should be allowed to wear them.
