The growth of this petition confirms that systemic issues within the DWP assessment process require immediate administrative review. I am now compiling the reported cases to present as evidence during my upcoming meeting with policy directors.

The assessor lied about every aspect of my daughters claim for PIP and it was completely over turned at her MR.

Perhaps for their own protection, as well as that of the claimant all assessments should be recorded? In much the same way as telephone calls are routinely monitored for training etc. There could always be the option of halting the recording during the actual physical exam.

The asessors need to be held accountsble for the wrong decisions they make and the misery they put people with a disability through. They are not always trained in the disability that they are assessing, so how can they mark points, when they are not aware of the problems the disability causes!!

They are utterly refusing to consider my medical reports and are making ludicrous decisions. Awaiting my tribunal date.
