How many of us have considered the strong liklihood that we will, at some point in our lives; become the Husband, Wife, Son, Daughter, Sibling, Father, Mother, Uncle, Aunty or friend of someone who is in need of care or support; at a time of need, whether through ill health or old age. Have you considered that YOU or a loved one may one day be in the hands of those who supply it and be unable to communicate disatisfaction or outright disgust at the level of care or lack of dignity afforded? Probably not!
I want to petition for far higher standards of care.

my mom was in a home for two years and the way she was treated was awful. nobody listens when you complain. something has to change before it happens to the rest of us.
