We demand that social work manager alma resign or be removed from this case and replaced with someone new. To Children’s Services, we are asking for a fresh start because the current situation has broken down and no longer feels fair or workable.

They have not listened to the views being put forward, and they are trying to move the placement against those wishes even though there is a court order in place also the child has been moved placement 4 times in the last 2 weeks and the childrens services have put this child 2 and a half hours away from the famil  . Home and the child has to travel 2-2 ½hours to and from school every  day That is deeply concerning. When a social worker does not follow the correct process or respect the people affected, trust is lost.

We no longer trust alma to act in the best interests of the child or young person involved. This is not a small issue. Placement decisions affect safety, stability, and daily life, and they must be handled carefully, respectfully, and in line with the rules. Right now, that has not happened.

We ask Children’s Services to remove alma from this case, appoint a new social work manager, and respond in writing as soon as possible. The person affected deserves a worker who will listen, follow proper procedure, and treat the court order and the views expressed with the seriousness they deserve.
