Stop cars parking on Zion terrace. It's a bus route and very busy main road into the village of Winlaton. There is plenty room for all the cars to park at the back of their houses instead of main road.

Maybe there should be a zebra crossing from Dene Tce to Wylam View.

If drive ways are too expensive make the road one way. up only or down only send the opposite traffic round behind zion terrace or round past the chip shop. and also move the bus stops further apart.

I live around the corner from here, and agree changes should be made safety wise, especially arround the cross-road. Having 2 young children, i hate having to cross here. The cars fly up that hill and its only a matter of time before it happens again

Dangerous stretch of road, I live around the corner from this. It is bad enough driving down it, let alone walking there, council need to pull their fingers out!

I miss you so much Bro.I am going to fight this with all I have!For you!I love you,this pain is terrible.No one could imagine how we are feeling but the support we get from all who knew you is amazing.We are half way there wor kid,I won't give up x Council officials/Traffic & Transport...PLEASE DO SOMETHING,my Brother should still be here,please listen to our Plea to you!! I can't imagine another family going through this agony.There are things you can do to stop this happening.Please :'(

I live on this road infact just yards away from where poor lad got knocked ova I have 2 young kids and a big front garden where I do not allow them 2 play becoz ov the road it scares the hell out ov me incase the kick a ball out there or any thing it's unsafe all the cars parked along the street why can't they just all park in the back lane lyk we do
The stretch of road is really dangerous and school children cross it at three times of the day. something needs to be done.

John was a close friend of mine, it was so very tragic that this happened to someone who had do much heart and kindness.

I live opposite Zion Terrace and I have 3 children. My eldest daughter was involved in a hit and run two years ago just a little further down from where John was killed, they never caught who hit her. Something needs to be done.

A worthy cause, I was knocked down at age nine on that road, I was very lucky and only had minor scrapes. Sorry for your loss.
