Make changes to dangerous Blaydon Bank(Gateshead,Tyne & Wear)

This is a nightmare road for both pedestrians AND drivers. Something should have been done a long time ago. There are several possible solutions and yes, all would involve a great cost but nowhere near as much as the cost of a life lost needlessly.

That is a very dangerous stretch of road and something needs to be done about it before someone else is killed, pity someone had to die before anyone would take this seriously.

Something needs done worse road to cross because no one stop and people still speed up the road

the cars should be stopped from parking on that stretch of road. make a big layby, should be constructed from the gardens of zion terr.

need put double yellow lines both sides of the road where accident happened, even buses have trouble travelling down that road

This is an awful road, there's no safety in place whatsoever on this bank. I often see parent with very small children trying to cross it and having to literally drag the poor bairns across just to avoid vehicles that are whizzing up and down. Something needs to be done very soon to make it safe for all pedestrians, old and young, to cross without panic

Changes do need to be done cars are alway speeding up the bank. And because of the bend on the bank you can't see what's coming up the bank which makes it very difficult to cross at times .

A zebra crossing and something to slow down cars are really needed there.

Make changes now! Such a tragic accident. It should not take the loss of a loved family member to make charges to this bank! Something needs to be done & soon! Can't imagine what the family are going through. Thoughts are with all the family! Xxx
