The way this took off is honestly surreal because I remember when I first put this up thinking maybe a handful of people would actually see it. It feels like the tide is really turning here and I am just so floored that so many of you jumped on board to back this movement.

We are creeping up on that hundred mark and honestly it feels like we are just getting warmed up here (can you believe how fast this is moving). What is clear is that the people of Cabarrus County want leaders who will stand up to Raleigh and Washington, DC if they are going to pass unconstitutional laws which threaten our 2nd Amendment Rights.
As a gun owner I live in the County it make take 20 + minutes for police to respond to my call for help of a intruder invades my home. I know the rules and I will protect me and my Castle. Please pass this and I will feel more safe in my home. Thank you
I believe our rights shall not be infringed! I live in nation were all guns were taken away and tyranny ensued along with crime going up 3000% If we lose the 2nd we are toast!
Please choose to make Cabarrus county a 2nd amendment sanctuary. Don't take the guns from law abiding citizens, spend the time and money to remove weapons/guns from the criminals and those that have lost their right to own firearms not those of us that follow the rules/laws and are hard working taxpaying citizens.
US Navy veteran & Retired law enforcement officer from NJ. Moved here 2 years ago when my wife’s job transferred. New Jersey has some of the strictest gun laws in the nation - and the state is a complete MESS. We as law abiding citizens NEED to protect our 2nd amendment rights at all costs !!

I am a cabarrus county resident and I want anything commissioner Republican or Democrats to know I will not vote them if the fail to support this measure. I know it is only symbolic but the message must be sent.
