This petition will be presented to the Avery County Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, County Manager and Avery County Sheriff to request they pass an ordinance declaring Avery County a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary County. We need as many signatures as we can get and as much involvement from county residents as possible. I strongly encourage you to contact the County Board of Commissioners and the Avery County Sheriff's Office and respectfully request they declare this ordinance.
