As parents, we appreciate the partial resolution achieved on several discussed topics: making international trips optional, offering a 100% refund to those unable to participate in the trip, making the mandatory 5k payment optional, acknowledging the breakup for 4.5k, providing a discount for single payment of full fees, publishing faculty qualifications in the school diary, and extending the deadline for fees payment without penalties.
However, a new circular has been issued to some students with the aforementioned changes, requiring further clarification, particularly for students in Step 1 and Step 2 regarding international trip fee payments.
Despite these positive steps, our major concerns remain unresolved. The recent substantial fee increase of approximately 10% has significantly impacted the financial management of many families. This issue was emphasized during our meeting with a request for reconsideration, which unfortunately was not addressed by the management. Furthermore, there is no assurance provided in the circular regarding maintaining fees without a hike over the next three years.
Additionally, our request for a PTA meeting to discuss facilities and faculty issues remains pending. In the interest of responsibility, we will proceed with fee payment without incurring any additional payment or fine, aiming to maintain a reasonable relationship with the management. We urgently request the management to schedule a PTA meeting at the earliest convenience to ensure all parents can participate and address any remaining concerns.
The MAIS management thinks they can silence us with partial concessions while ignoring the real issue of these predatory fee hikes. Their refusal to schedule a PTA meeting confirms they are terrified of public accountability. Do not let them sweep our financial concerns under the rug.

Management needs to stop dodging the pta meeting. We have questions about school facilities that haven't been answered in months.

The international trip refund policy is still a mess. Need better clarity on the payment expectations for the lower grades.

Still waiting for them to show us teacher qualifications in the diary like they promised. Just tell us when the meeting is.

10% hike is way too much. We need clear answers about the next few years since nobody said anything about stability.

Why are step 1 and 2 getting different circulars? This is confusing for everyone.
