While we did not accomplish all of our goals, we did get a couple of tangible wins. First, the seat on the Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) dedicated to a professional TSBEP member is guaranteed to be a psychologist. Second, BHEC must send disciplinary actions that involve professional standards to TSBEP. Both of these changes were not in the original bill, and were a direct result of your calls, letters, and testimony.
