We want to be allowed to build jumps near Mc Donald’s mornington but when we build they keep getting destroyed by the council. The reason why we want to build jumps is because it’s great fun and we have put weekends of hard work into them and it would be a real shame to see them go once again. Doing jumps on our bikes is better than us kids playing iPads so please sign this!!
I am honestly stunned by how many people care about this place and the time we put into those trails. It really feels like we have a real shot at keeping our space because you all stepped up to show why it matters.

Maybe the council should help the boys improve the jumps instead of destroying them. Initiative should be rewarded not punished. Come on council get it together and help these kids.

I am a resident in the street. And I think the jumps should stay. The kids who use them are not coursing any trouble. It gives the kids something to do on weekends and school holidays. And they are playing out side not on there phones. So please leave the jumps there for them.

I would love to get these jumps better and I think it’s a great spot for them and I would like to ride them as it is within riding distance so it would be easy to access for me.

A ridiculous proposition when all the talk is about getting kids out, the concrete skate park is far more dangerous but legal. Go figure

I was frustrated as well when I was building jumps and people kept taking the down and I wasn’t happy, and this is a much better way

100% save the jumps and all the other jumps these active kids have built around Mornington/Mt Martha it keeps them busy and outdoors rather than playing on Xbox’s/PlayStation’s. They enjoy building them and hanging with their mates, they get the fresh air & the fitness they need whilst doing something they love. Why take that away from them! SAVE THE JUMPS....

Kids should be allowed to get out, be creative and have fun in the process, it helps to keep them out of trouble.
