Mr Mayor of Tirana, other solutions that systematic slaughter of dogs and wandering cats exist! A sum of money can be collected via sites or still requests for the European Commission to sterilize these animals. Once castrated, and identified, you can even draw up them (friendly) so that they help your police! If only too much to ask that of human being. Thank you A French resident
