Stop killing dogs, I ask for control by other methods like in other countries in Europe.

Overpopulation of stray animals is ONLY the fault of the lack of laws and regulations and enforcement that is the responsibility of the government. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR FAILINGS. Eastern European countries have yet to progress socially and morally, reflected in their lack of empathy for other living creatures and their maltreatment and cruelty towards living creatures. Instead of inhumanely slaughtering your animals, which is only a short term solution to a long term problem, invest in spay and neutering programmes, educating the population about responsible and caring pet ownership and establishing adequate animal adoption shelters. It is sickening and cruel beyound belief that in 2014 local governments and councils allow such a barbaric display of inhumanity that reflects on your culture. Please make the honourable, humane and just decisions.
