Lovers & Friends Festival 2020 was an event scheduled for May 2020 by Goldenvoice sponsored by Mike's Hard Lemonade & Stella Rose Wines. Promoted by numerous celebrities including Snoop Dogg + more. Due to the GLOBAL EPIDEMIC COVID-19, they have failed to update ticket holders on the status of the show even after THOUSANDS of comments and emails from concerned customers. As of March 25, they are still taking out payments for the concert from people's bank accounts. After speaking with a concert representative (March 25, 2020) I was told that you can opt out of the payment plan however they will still be withholding a $50 cancellation fee. This fee was NOT initially mentioned on their website AND the pandemic we are facing is beyond our control! They are not considering the millions of people who are losing jobs and suffering financially who need their FULL refund. The goal of this petition is to get them to issue FULL refunds for those of would like to cancel their ticket including payment plan users as well as demand an update ASAP!

I honestly did not think this would gain this much steam when I wrote it out in a total panic but seeing that people are actually paying attention now is just wild. It is honestly such a relief to know I am not the only one dealing with this mess because the silence from them is just maddening (like, how are they still even charging us).

From the lack of tickets during pre sale to adding an additional day during the actual on sale date this festival has been very unprofessional . I’ve emailed and called and nothing I want my refund !
I lost my job of 6yrs the beginning of March and tried contacting Lovers and Friends to cancel bit to avail I wasn’t successful getting through and they took a payment out twice this month!!
I was able to stop payments but lost the $50 for their "cancellation fee" which during this crises does not help at all. Everyone should get their full refund. Many have lost their jobs and every dollar counts.
Please refund y’all still taking out payments and goldenvoice even said no shows in May. I will not or have no desire to attend any more of your shows.
They have taken 3 out of my 4 payments due and the last 2 were taken out during the covid 19 outbreak and I have sent both messages as well as an email asking for an update on event and have revived nothing from them ,but a receipt for the payments they are still taking out of my account!

I have a payment doing through soon & I want my FULL refund. I purchased 3 tickets! That was almost 600$ & due to this Pandemic I want my FULL refund! & don’t want them keeping the $50 cancelation fee!
