This is to protect every family that loses a child /baby at home to any circumstances, that the press can not release a story on line or even be given the family name until the investigation has taken place and proof of foul play . My grandson Louie Anthony Eastall past of unexplained infant death syndrome on 10/04/2017 and the next morning the press realised a head line and local radio stations ,stating a child had died in unexplained circumstances and was being investigated by sexual offences exploitation and child abuse teams . My daughter because she was a young mum was put out in press as if she had harmed her son . We need this law to protect the next family who lose a child and have to then suffer at hands of press looking for a story . Nothing can be done to help my family and what we had to endure in the first week of Louie passing , from people spitting at her in street to being left with no guidence from police or social services . The law will prevent the press being given access to any names or even told about the investigation until foul play is found . I can’t thank any of u enough for your support in this !!!
