I have put in numerous requests for irrigation.Some areas of my property get no water when the sprinklers come on. The ground is not level due to the fact that they used different varieties of Sat Augustine. The majority of my grass is the variety that grows in the shade. It was planted in full sun. I hired an outside company to treat my yard because Dan from Artistry told me to supplement with another company. I did that and my yard was looking great till Artistry came and dumped there chemicals on it.The next day I had yellow blades! I had requested they not treat my yard and they did anyway. Most of the yards around me have dead or dying grass. I would not have moved here if I’d known this ahead of time. Also Artistry has scalped my grass every time they weed whack around my street light.

We had a pool installed recently.Before that our backyard was 100% straw.The sprinklers NEVER came on.I’ve had to change numerous shurbs and half of our front lawn is dead.We had all new sod installed in the spots that were torn up installing the pool(4 pallets) IF IT DIES DO TO LACK OF WATER I WILL NEVER REPLACE IT..I say we refuse to pay our HOA!!!! I’ve made this suggestion in the past as well… MIKE POST on FB

No visible signs of sprinklers being on in a long while. Grass is dying. Work order submitted weeks ago, to no avail. It'll only get worse with time. Never heard a thing!

Lawn is terrible. It didn’t help that Artistree fell asleep on keeping irrigation working. Mine hasn’t worked for a month and a half and it took moving mountains to fix.

We are extremely unhappy with the look of our lawn. We moved to LL because we thought there would be little maintenance to do in our yard. We recently hired a professional company to maintain our yard because of the terrible appearance of our lawn, bugs, and the fungus that LL was not taking care of. We are extremely upset about the lack of care our yards are receiving.

This issue has been plaguing Lorraine Lakes for a long time and Lennar and the HOA have done nothing to rectify this issue. This needs to be addressed now!!!
